"I usually do not do reviews but I would like to share my good experience with IPL treatment for my extremely dry eyes at New River Vision Care in Oak Hill, WV. On my first visit, pictures show that I had about 25% eye gland function. After 4 treatments and my recent maintenance treatment, pictures show that I had improved by approx. 50%. For me that was equal to 100% because I was so miserable. It did however take 4 treatments for me to notice significant improvement. I would recommend this treatment for people suffering as I did. All of the staff at New River Vison Care were so kind and compassionate and were as excited about this as I was as a patient. Dr. Ortiz was very good to explain everything as we went through the process."

The entire team is amazing. I’ve been having trouble with my vision changing throughout the day, possibly from dry eyes. The doctor didn’t brush my issues aside, she is following up to see what she can do to help me. I really appreciate the time and care they take to make sure everything’s correct and that you’re happy.​​​​​​​
